Binzathon is basically some retard that General Nickishi Samson, Jr. and Lt. Boberino Froka knew from partying a few times. One night in a drunken rage, both men promised that if they ever became integral proponents to the army of a new continent, that Binzathon would become the Seceratry of War. Unfortunately for Mr. Warchester, it actually happened, so now he has to devote his full time and efforts to the United Nations of Africa.
