It is simply what the name implies: It councils relations to the United Nations of Africa. For instance, we are currently in agreements with a Mr. Rahama Sin Gawden to supply him weapons for the next 15 years--we have even made a nuclear agreement! Why does that name sound familiar... ANYWAYS, below is the list of people that comprise this council:
